Airgain has completed an acquisition of the MegaFi 2 and MegaGo 2 HPUE (High Power User Equipment) product line from Nextivity.

Adding HPUE capabilities expands Airgain’s ability to:
Improve uplink performance in coverage-constrained environments
Extend usable coverage in rural and fringe locations
Support mobile and fixed deployments requiring greater reach
What changes right now?
There are currently no changes to contracts, pricing, support processes, or product roadmaps. Support requests should be directed to Airgain support. Any future updates will be communicated through official Airgain channels.
How this relates to AirgainConnect®
AirgainConnect is Airgain’s 5G connectivity platform delivering high-performance wireless connectivity across mobile and distributed deployments supporting mission and business-critical operations.
Today, the platform now includes:
- AC-Fleet — An all-in-one 5G vehicle gateway supporting public safety, government, utility, and commercial fleet operations.
- MegaFi 2 — A complementary mobile router purpose-built for mission-critical operations that delivers higher uplink performance and extended coverage in challenging environments.
Together, these solutions expand Airgain’s ability to support diverse operational and coverage requirements.
There are currently no changes to AC-Fleet product plans, pricing, or roadmap.

Airgain completed the acquisition of the HPUE MegaFi 2 and MegaGo 2 product line from Nextivity.
The transaction was publicly disclosed after market close on February 26, 2026.

No. Airgain is not announcing any new product launches at this time. The asset purchase strengthens our long-term 5G connectivity portfolio.
No. There are no changes to existing deployments, product functionality, or support processes.
The HPUE assets are complementary and do not currently affect AC-Fleet product plans, pricing, or positioning.
Going forward, MegaFi 2 and MegaGo 2 customers should submit support requests through Airgain’s support link. All other pricing, contracts, and processes currently remain unchanged.
